Best of Glorantha 2000
Voting Mechanics

1. Each GTA Initiate, RuneMaster and Hero currently listed in good standing with the GTA may vote in one e-mail. One vote may be cast for one nominee in each category showing on the Best of Glorantha 2000 list; however, all votes must be in a single e-mail.
2. Votes must be sent from the e-mail address for the voting GTA member listed with the GTA, and received before midnight, March 15, 2001, U.S. Pacific Standard time. No special effort will be made to reconcile bad e-mail addresses on the GTA list: it is up to GTA members to keep the GTA listing current.
3. In the event more than one e-mail is received from a qualified e-mail address, only the last vote received intact before the deadline will be considered. If a voting e-mail is garbled, and a prior qualified e-mail has been received, that prior e-mail will be substituted. The GTA may not be able to advise voters of garbled e-mail, and will not bother if a new e-mail cannot be received before the deadline: so vote early.
4. Unclear votes will not be counted. Except where one candidate has been nominated in more than one category, category labels in votes are ignored. But if a candidate is nominated in more than one category the category label must be unambiguously associated with the nominee name for such a vote to be considered. If an e-mail purports to vote for more than one nominee in one category, votes in that category in that e-mail will not count.
5. By their nature, votes by e-mail are not private or secret. However, the GTA will not make them public.
6. Voting e-mail submitted for a GTA member from an e-mail address other than that listed for that member with the GTA will be counted only to resolve ties, unless the GTA Recorder in his sole discretion decides either to void a vote or count it fully.
7. Results will be posted on the Best of Glorantha 2000 website as soon as practical after the voting is closed.
