    Oooh, I like the ‘yes, X’ formulation! It sounds very useful. I will give it a go in my next game.

    But they are the same scale as other maps that DO have hexes! I don’t really care if they have hexes or not, as long as all maps at the same scale are presented the same way. Consistency and all that.

    Awesome book, by the way. Absolutely mind-blowing.

    Update: I went back and checked. You are right, Rick. The problem is more of maps that have hexes that shouldn’t than ones that don’t that should. I humbly submit that the following maps be de-hexed in Book 2:

    425, 442, 487, 490, 497, 498, 517, 536, 542, 543 and 549.

    Book 1 fares better. I submit that hexes be removed from:

    230, 231, 284 and 293
