Wolfhead the Rubble Bandit

Adapted from information in 'Pavis and the Big Rubble' and from the stories of Oliver Dickinson by Ian Thomson and Oliver Dickinson

Note! This is a fan contribution. The information may be contradicted by official material.

Wolfhead is based within the Big Rubble, with his main hideout in Manside, although he is often seen in New Pavis. He can be a repeatedly encountered colorful local figure in any Pavis campaign. However, he disappears from the Pavis region in Sea Season 1621 (when the Cradle passes through), and returns some time later. His links with the Pavis Cult means that he is a more likely supporting character than Griselda to directly assist Pavic adventurers.

Wolfhead grew up in the Old City and follows the Manside Spirit Tradition. In his own worship practices he deals with particularly nefarious ancestors and more criminally useful entities, the like of which are not prominently revered amongst the other Manside Clans.

Wolfhead dabbles in theft, smuggling, treasure-hunting, forgery, and occasionally helps the Pavis Priests with missions in the Old City. So far, his skills and luck have meant that he has managed to avoid having any crimes pinned to him (other than the Great Chart Caper), and most remarkably is not a wanted felon. Although he can throw his weight around when he needs to, his ferocious appearance has given him an exaggerated reputation; like Griselda, he has enough smarts to know his limitations and not mess with people he is unable to outwit or outrun.

With this he can subvocalize words that the spirit then transmits into the mind of any single person within range. Whilst Wolfhead concentrates on this person, the spirit can also return a reply.
  2. Set into a ring on his left hand, Wolfhead has a magical crystal that can give him 23AP once per day to use in any combat involving the use of magic.
  3. Engraved into a bronze ring on his right hand is an Earth Rune. The ring is enchanted to continually grant him permanent extra ^3 armor protection.
  4. He always carries at least three or four uses of special thief alchemical products such as Smoke Bombs, Thunderlung Dust, or Sleeping Powder.
