Here are some thoughts how one could start RQ6 campaign in Glorantha before AiG exists.April 11, 2014 at 1:25 am #7506
Working for Duke Raus is an excellent place for crunchy PC’s to start. They learn weapon skills, get some decent spirit magic, get acclimated to the area and let’s not forget that there are some excellent adventures to be had there. It leads right into Griffin Mountain, but the PC’s have the option to either cross over the mountains or head to Pavis and the Big Rubble, saving the other adventures for later.
I’ve run that to begin several campaigns over the years.April 11, 2014 at 9:59 am #7512
Thank you for this. It’s a shame that Pavis & Big Rubble is so hard to come by nowadays in book format. 🙁April 11, 2014 at 2:11 pm #7515

A long time gaming buddy of mine Tom Zunder wrote such a great post on his Gaming Tavern forum that I asked his permission to reblog it also in https://notesfrompavis.wordpress.com/2015/01/14/guest-post-back-under-the-glowline/ There is so much choice that we friends of Glorantha have now. So here is his post – enjoy.
Notesfrompavis has now new sidebar links:
