Hi. I just asked this over in the rules Yahoo Group, and I thought I’d ask here as well.
Does anyone have any additional rules for running communities with HQ2? I’m thinking about games like Reign or the Birthright AD&D setting, where players are in charge of a polity (or a guild, or a temple, etc.) and develop them in various ways. As I read the rules in the HQ2 corebook, they are primarily about your character having a relationship to a group, and they seem to work just fine. I was just curious if there was anything else out there.
